No S Diet going moderately well

so i screwed up monday but today and tuesday were good. i want to just make it through to the weekend doing No S diet. That would be awesome. Two more days of good eating 3 meals a day no snacks, no sweets, no seconds... then saturday and sunday i can have some enjoyment but not go crazy binge gluttonous. this is my goal. treats but moderate treats. learning how to really do this. I can do it!

    yes that is my concern about the weekends too. but my plan is to stick to the basic 3 meal thing and just let myself have a little more than that if i want it. hopefully this will help. my biggest problem is overdoing any one meal

    I tried the No S diet for a time. It is a really sensible approach to eating. The no snacking, which meant no eating at night in front of the tv was really beneficial to me. I did have trouble on the weekends overdoing it. I kind of forgot the "sometimes" part of the deal and would undo any weight loss from the previous week of no S eating. Still I think the plan can be really great.
