so i screwed up monday but today and tuesday were good. i want to just make it through to the weekend doing No S diet. That would be awesome. Two more days of good eating 3 meals a day no snacks, no sweets, no seconds... then saturday and sunday i can have some enjoyment but not go crazy binge gluttonous. this is my goal. treats but moderate treats. learning how to really do this. I can do it!
