Looking at the calendar there are two more Wednesdays left in this month, we are almost to the half way mark. I am getting into my groove of fitness and getting ready for my venture home to Michigan. I am looking forward to seeing my Dad and Step Mom, sisters and the rest of my family as I finish work on my Mom's house and relax a bit with family.
Work last night was supercharged and busy. I must have sweated off a few pounds running back and forth keeping the line moving. God answered my prayers and exchanged my anxiety for hope. i was feeling fatigued, yet renewed when I got off work this morning. I changed up my workout schedule and came home and went to bed. I made a lunch of smoked chicken and corn on the cob, with watermelon later on for my dessert. I am watching my portions and getting in my fruits and veggies because my body is the only body that I have and need to keep it healthy for as long as possible!
