man the last few weeks have been such a struggle for me - to find time to get my spark stuff done and find time for me in general. but I'm trying hard to make things happen. my gym buddy has returned for the summer and I love that we are able to connect at the gym - but the last few days - I've had to work late and we've missed each other. I'm hoping to get back on track again there as I miss that connection and the much better workouts I get when she is there. I do tend to work harder!
so my update: it's been a sad week I fear but will get better

I need to get out there and get in a long run to make me feel back in control of my miles - but once again this weekend is booked solid - so probably only a short run this weekend. UG
I'll get back on track but for now I'm taking one day at a time.
