In Summer 5% Challenge my goal is:
- lose 11 pounds in 8 weeks (23rd June - 18th August)
- eat 1410 - 1760 kcal a day
- burn 740 kcal per week
I'm a bit skeptic about the calories, since I don't track food all the time, and I usually eat a bit more (although I wish I could eat 1400kcal) . Also, I burn more that 740 kcal a week.
As long as it's at least minus 3500 kcal by the end of the week, I should be OK.
+ a 45 min evening walk
+ a normal-sized breakfast and dinner
+ last meal at 17.45h
+ no sweets/snacks
- too large portion for lunch
- pasta for lunch
