Happy Hump Day Everyone!
I am feeling good this morning. Today is Day 3 of my JM Kickstart diet... Greek yogurt again this morning, just plain and it wasn't so bad. I only gagged once, ha ha! I had an easier time eating it after my quick weight check on the scale... I am seeing results already! NICE! However, I am not recording until the diet is finished (sunday night). In fact, I am so impressed I am going to save my final weight loss until Monday morning. Sorry, but I think the excitement will help me stay focused. So check my blog Monday for my overall weight loss on this 7 day deal. I'll tell you what though, I really didnt expect to see a big jump, but I can tell it's going to be good if I stick to the strickness! These fad diets that promise huge weight losses are not the best way to go about things, but I think a short spirt like this is used to get people into the Boday Revolution Program.
I got to Sprouts Farmers Market yesterday morning and got me some all natural hummus. It's like a healthy bean dip, similar to refried beans with salsa and sour cream (my old fav). I love it heated up! Thanks to those of you that fille dme in on what it was and where I could pick it up.... good support! It's the main filling of what I'm eating this week.
While driving by the Taco shop tis morning on my way to work (where I use to buy my morning burritos), I realized that I havent even had fast food in over a month! HOT DANG! I use to eat a breaskfast or beans and cheese burrito in the morning and then hit jack in the box or taco bell for lunch during the week, and probably almost as bad on the weekends. I have been eating at home for breakfast (something healthy) and packing my lunch everyday! As far as my dinners go, we grill some sort of meat and have veggies or fruit for a side. I have cut back on steaks to 1-2 times per week too (use to be 3-4). Its crazy how much I have changed over the last 7 weeks! All for the good and thanks to the support of my spark buddies! You all rock!
