Week 3

Well, aint this the way life goes.... I was really excited last week hoping that I would lose another 2 lbs and then i would be under the 200 lbs mark. But when i weighed in today, i didnt lose an ounce. I didnt gain any either, sorta strange, i stayed exactly the same.

I reviewed my nutition tracker and didnt see an overwhelming difference in calories, but i did see a difference in food that i ate. This week there was a lot of french toast and a lot of omlettes, where as the weeks before it was cheerios and a banana.

So! im going to try and kick it into gear this week and get under 200 lbs!
Its back to cheerios and a banana for breakfast, fruit as my snack and not peek freans, and i will try a new workout, maybe my body is bord with this one.

Any other suggestions? Please comment!
