I march in place in my house for extra steps. I do it whenever I get up to do something else... I try to add at least 100 more steps. Between bathroom breaks, getting water, doing chores, cooking, etc that adds up and tends to throw me over my goals. It's good to do while watching TV or listening to music/audiobooks too =) I even managed to do it while reading a book when I am really short on steps. 1500 days ago
