10.5lbs lost on my first weigh in!

Today was my first weigh in and I have to say I felt just as heavy as I did last Wednesday so I had to give my self a little pep talk. I said to myself no matter what this scale says I need to stick to it. Well, I step on it and it reads 244.5. I say to myself that cant be right, so I do it once more... 244.5. I cant explain how excited I was! I know a lot of it is water weight but still I am very excited to see the changes with my eyes on paper. I'm consuming a great amount of water every day and on top of that my spaced out pre made meal portions are working wonders. My appetite is to a minimum and I fill up easy. I have also been taking a multi vitamin once every few days when I feel like I missed out on some important nutrients. If anyone has any suggestions fro me please let me know if I'm doing this right!
