I renewed my membership to the Y which had lapsed. So exercise is in my plans, both inside or out.
My other summer plan is concerning food. Planning my food to eat. Fixing it in my kitchen.
So, today, I am not going to eat at Subway and spend 5.16 for breakfast. Instead--(leaving the screen--driving one mile to Walmart [walking someday?]) and gtting what for breakfast?
Back from the store--spent 24.00 and got watermelon, raddishes, lettuce, eggs, advocado, chocolate milk, vitamin water, tomatoes, green pepper, ear of corn
In the car I drank chocolate milk, vitamin water. At home I ate a boiled egg from my refrig. (I realize that before I went I could have had the hard boiled gg and water from my refrig. I might not have been then tempted to drink their eight ounces of chocolate milk for 88cents. And I don't like vitamin water...so I would not have gotten that.
Later this evening--I realize that one of my bags didn't make it home and into my kitchen, I'm missing my lettuce and ear of corn.
