Day 13: Luck of the Irish?

Good Morning Spark People!
Well Today was an awesome morning so far. I kept tossing and turning since 5am this morning and finally got sick of it at 6am.
Things that awaited me this morning were:
6:30am-My friend Tony called and told me to go stretch even though I gave excuses about not being able to do my DVD yet.
6:37am-My husband rolled out of bed and put on his tennis shoes. Which made me put on mine. Then we went walking!
While I was walking I noticed I was having trouble breathing about 5 minutes in but I kept going.
Then I spotted something lime green!
I looked down and saw a four-leaf clover!
Apparently it means I have the luck of the Irish for the rest of my life?
Here is the Wiki:
(The four-leaf clover is an uncommon variation of the common, three-leaved clover. According to tradition, such leaves bring good luck to their finders, especially if found accidentally. According to legend, each leaf represents something: the first is for faith, the second is for hope, the third is for love, and the fourth is for luck)
If that wasn't a sigh I was on the right track... literally (See what I did there.) Then I am not sure what is.
I did 1 mile today in 17 minutes.
That means my speed was about 3.5 miles.
However my legs started to feel like jello about 5 minutes in with my lack of breathing. I kept pushing. It helps to have someone to walk with. However I think I would do just as well with some music.
Today my Zumba DVDs should be coming.
I am super excited. A friend is letting me borrow them.
So yes!! Happy Hump Day!!
Turn your Spark into a Fire!
Mine is slow going but I feel something waking up inside of me.
Going to tear up the roads one day!
