So today started Week #2 of my Body. Weight Challenge. I took an extra active rest day in between workouts and really expected to come out of the gate strong and hard. NOT SO MUCH!!
DANGIT!!
It was NOT an easy workout by any means. It pushed me to totally new levels I hadn't even considered. It hurt in all of the right ways and all the right places, and it encouraged me to push harder and stay the course to finish this challenge strong and healthy.
Oh am I ever feeling it already, but mentally I'm preparing myself for Friday's workout. I can, I am, I will!
