thank you everyone for your support. I rang the physio today and have now pulled out of the class at the hospital. They could not change my days. I enjoy the exercise class I have been going to for a while now. So I will keep doing this one.

I now need to get to where I was even before last Thursday. I should have been happy with what I was doing. Now I am battling doing 5000 steps per day. At least I was doing 10,000 steps 4 or 5 times per week plus my 2 classes. I am going to look into doing Tai Chi sometime soon, at least that is gentle exercise.

Now I need to look after me and get me back to where I was before other people (medical) started to interfere.

    My MIL who only had a 8th grade education used to say that sometimes well educated people are just educated idiots. Sounds like that applies here. Glad you are getting your game back and doing better. Keep up the good work Wendy girl! We're behind you all the way!

    so relieved I pulled out of the gym. Need to get myself better, in health and frame of mind. Then I will be able to get back to where I was before this all happened.
I will not give up just need to change plans a bit. LOL.

    I'm so glad you decided not to do two classes in one day - that sounded so unhealthy for you. I hope your family stuff is resolving,too, so that you can concentrate on your improving health.

    I am so pleased you have resolved the 2 lots of exercise in one day. One step at a time, one day at a time.

Tai Chi should be great for you - but don't overdo things.

And you definitely need to look after you. emoticon

    You will get there Wendy, one bit at a time. You are so tenacious and dedicated so your fitness will increase again...all is not lost - part of the journey is finding where our limits are, as well as pushing the boundaries where we can.     Sounds reasonable to me. As I said before you know yourself best and you are not the type of person to lie to yourself. You work hard and push yourself. No one else can know the effort it costs you. Good Luck!
