Ha ... i am back after a rather longer than expected week away. It was busy, i walked till my feet felt on fire and then some more.. saw some wonderful places including travelling up the thames on a boat and riding in the London eye... and tried really hard to eat healthy. ( it wasnt easy since i had to eat others food choices but luckily Kenzie took me out for some meals and kept buying me fruit parcels ) I have fallen in love with the fruit stalls down east street market... the veggies and fruit is soooo cheap there
and loved even more the produce at Borough Market... the fish stall was amazing the prices were frightening..
Kenzie did treat me to chocolate drink and oysters whilst there though... fortunately though no pie and mash ..........
Back to trying to get in the routine of things again now , having slept nearly a whole day on return... hope you are all well..
