Usually by now, I've given up to temptation and frustration and gone completely off my diet and stopped exercising. But for some reason, it's been two months and I'm still here.
Although others see results faster, I have accepted that this is how my body works and this is a lifestyle change. I'm in it beyond reaching my goal weight. I want to maintain and remain healthy.
I like my mile walks and my strength exercises. They help my depression. Even added some more core and leg moves I can do in bed.
I can do this!
