Well, I kind of lost track of my health and my weight loss with all of the things going on with our family. I have just decided that I really need to make my health and weight loss a priority again. I have started logging my food and am determined to exercise and keep eating better. I am very tired of this huge bulge around my middle not to mention the other fat hanging around. I had lost part of the baby weight, but I have been gaining it back since Rosalie has mostly stopped nursing. I really do not want to get back into the 180s or higher, so I'm recommitting myself to reach my lowest weight once again of 150. I know I can do it as I did it once before. Maybe I'll make it this time before we get another addition to the family. My biggest downfalls right now are sugar and no exercise. That is going to change NOW.
