I'm hurting right now. Each step is a bit painful, my hips are screaming at me, and my eyelids want to fall closed. But that's because I've walked 4.5 miles in the past two days. 1.67 yesterday and 2.83 today. After having not worked out in about two years that's quite the feat. Not to mention I've been eating right and paying attention to what I'm eating again. Last time I tried this I was on my own. But now I've got people doing it with me. Walking with my grandma, my sister and I tracking our weight together. The goal right now is 225. End goal of about 150-160. Let the games begin.
