HELP! I feel I am on that wagon...wobbling...about to fall! I have not really gained much, maybe a 1lb or so, but I have not lost in weeks bc I am not being strict. I am bad at eating in summer, not winter like most. I need to get back on the wagon and in a seatbelt!!! LOL... lame, but seriously. HELP. Someone hold me accountable!!!

If I was doing what I have been doing for the past few months, I would now be about 145-147 right now, but instead I am like 156-157.

I leave for Florida in 6.5 weeks. I guess the most I could lose by then is about 10, give or take. I need to do it. I also want to tone and slap some darn tanning lotion on (don't want skin cancer) to hide the flaws too that the 10lb loss won't do.

I'VE GOT THIS.....just need some encouragement! emoticon

    Thanks. Yeah as long as I see some sort of results in stuff of going up or staying the same. I want a somewhat flat tummy before I get to FL!

    Ok, deep breath. I am kind of in the same boat, no loss in weeks, but no real gain either. Instead of convincing yourself that you need to lose 10 lbs by your trip, how about going back to 1 lb a week? It'll still be 5+ lbs, you'll feel great, and you'll definitely look great. No stress, but maybe some urgency? Whatever happens, do NOT fall off the wagon! Tracking is key!!!
