Thanks for all the suggestions. I think rest was the real key. I think I'll do aqua aerobics on Thursday instead of yoga and see what happens. Not gonna push it too hard. Pretty good trivia night even though we ended up in 5th. That last 4-part question about the periodic table was tough! I'm glad we risked nothing since we didn't get it. It's been a tiring day for some reason. I haven't been getting to sleep as early as I should. I need to fix that. Now!

I need to work on my bedtime too. I'm tired all the time. I need more sleep.

  Ah, sweet elusive sleep! My quest, too! I have read several articles on sleep hygiene so have made sure that I implemented things to make sleep easier -- like soft lighting in the bedroom, NO work related material in the bedroom, relax for at least 1 hr. before bedtime so the brain slows down, regular bedtime AND waking time (that has been fairly consistent) and sleep is slowly but surely getting a little better.

Glad you had a good trivia night even being #4 of 5. That's alright.
