WOWIE. Thank you all for the moral support yesterday. I was really feeling under and you guys helped motivate.
Today I did well. I had yogurt and a smoothie with protein for breakfast. For lunch I brought a pre-packaged salad from Trader joes. It sucked. SOOO I went to 7-11, got myself another yogurt, and a small naked juice smoothie. I also had a babybell cheese.
Then for dinner I had a banana and a cup of the trader joes chicken pot pie. That was pretty good.
Then I drank my 8 glasses of water and went to ZUMBA for the first time. WOW did it kick my butt. It was a lot of fun though... I absolutely will be going back next week.
Tomorrow is my hour power yoga class and then Thursday I MAY go to this yoga class that is half Vinayasa yoga and half kick boxing. It sounds really interesting to me. It just depends how broken I feel. If I feel lousy I'll just do an am yoga routine and Bollywood video at home when I get off work.
Tomorrow, I am having a smoothie with protein and a yogurt for breakfast. For lunch I have trader joe mini pitas- 3 of them... hummus...a healthy choice beef merlot frozen meal, a cup of grapes... and then as a snack throughout the day I have dried green beans from Trader joes. THEY ARE SOOOO GOOD. 11 pieces is 60 calories.
For dinner we are making breaded chicken tenders and then putting them ontop of the Penne arrabiata pasta. I am going to serve that with a side salad.
I am trying to eat better overall..not cut things out of my diet. I am keeping what I eat to 1200... and still eating bread and pasta.. but just not on overload.
I also haven't had a soda in a three weeks. HUGE news.
