Just wanted to log that I feel great. I love summer! I always exercise more because I want an excuse to do something outside. Yesterday, I went to the metro park and walked down and back while doing most (darm pullups) of the stations both ways. I eat healthier in the summer too. I love salads in the summer because they arent hot, and grilling is my favorite way to make sure I get all of my veggies!
Some challenges this week: finding time to exercise on days I have work and school. I work early and have 30 mins between class and work. I get home at 8 and am pretty tired to boot. Ive been taking the stairs and I have to park pretty far from class because I refuse to buy a summer parking pass. But at least its only 2x's a week for now.
Another challenge: drinking healthy. My favorite beers are not the light ones, I had two beers last night totaling in 500 cals. I have heard though, that crystal light makes cocktail flavor drinks and all you have to do is add liquor. I dont like the effect or cost of liquor as much as I like beer.
Will be doing some research and working on getting further in my P90X yoga video.
