First Weigh in???

Well, I had my first weigh in and was a little dissapointed at what the results were. I had set a high goal of losing 5 lbs, and managed to only lose between 1 and 2 lbs emoticon I was really discouraged this morning, but I didn't have a lot of time to dwell on it because I had my boys graduation party to go to and was busy all morning long. By time I got dressed to go, I put on my slacks and a shirt and nearly pissed myself! I couldn't believe how loose it was! I looked so great in my clothes that I didn't have to suck in my belly!!! When I got to the school everyone was commenting on how great I look....Even my own mom who I hadn't really seen in a week was shocked at how great I was looking....so, apparently I might not have lost it in pounds, but I sure lost it in inches!!!! This has totally made my day and now I am even more focused at continuing this weight loss challenge! So, one week down and time to start another one.
My goal for week two is to continue with dieting and exercise daily hopefully around 45 min. a day. I would like to loose 1-2 lbs this week. I think I will be able to reach that goal this time around! Wish me luck and I will keep all up to date!
