Ok, so I fell off the wagon a little bit. I hurt my foot working out last Wednesday and decided not to work out on it to prevent it from getting worse. No problem with that, however, I ate ice cream, cake and Oreos. Now, I am back up on the scale and have gained. I got stressed out over the weekend because it is getting so close to court and me and the wifey are going nuts! We go on the 25th and it's just not soon enough. I have made strong changes to my diet, like measuring all food intake. No eyeballing, lol! Also, I have read up on my nutrition goals and adjusted them accordingly. Now, my calorie intake is much lower and is giving me great results. I am gonna try to stay off the scale all the time and stick to veggies that can fill me up without all of the calories. Like broccoli and cheese, low on calories, a great snack and delicious. I also have a new hot sauce I got for my birthday which helps with the satisfied feeling, or maybe it just burns me and and I don't think about it. Either way I love it and it has 0 calories!!! Can't beat that! Well, I'm off for now, but, I will be back tomorrow hopefully well rested though. Do something nice for someone you don't know today!
