My week has been phenomenal. Actually it is a twelve day period from when I got really serious and ready to go. I have dropped eight pounds during this 10 day period and feel much better. I usually lose very slowly, lucky if I can get a pound a week and have averaged around four a month when I am doing well.
I am sure a lot of this is water weight like when you first start losing weight as I was at my highest when I started but it is very motivating. I am exercising again and being very careful of what I eat. I have to say during this period I fit in a half of a Marie Calendar Apple Sour Cream Pie that my husband and I shared a little each night. To have that and 8 pounds also is a dream.
My weight line has done nothing but go up alarmingly for the last eight months or so. I had lost all of the progress I had made before and also added another 10 or so pounds. I can't believe I erased all of my hard earned progress but I know I am back on track again. I know I learned from this experience.
Time to do what I need to is a real help now that I am off school for the summer. My goal for the summer is to still fit in what I need to do when school starts again.
