Knowing when to walk away.

I just walked away from 4 huge "designer cupcakes". I assure you, it was a first time thing for me. Before, one bite would have let to one cupcake and a lot of guilt.
To all of you out there, I encourage you to just walk away from the things (food or not) that are tempting you. You will be that much stronger of a person.
