I have been eating a really yummy wrap the last 2 days. ! whole wheat trader joes reduced carb tortilla with 1 TBS hummus topped with varrious julienned veggies. 1 is a light snack. 2 is almost a meal, just needs a side.

it is a similar idea, but the tofu gives it lots of protein.

    sounds like a yummy wrao Jenn! Reminds me of something I sometimes make for myself: a whole grain wrap with hummus spread on it, a sprinkle of feta cheese, a couple of sliced olives, chopped cucumber and tomato..very yummy! Of course, I don't think you'd be able to do the feta cheese, but otherwise it sounds like what you've been eating!
