Goal for 23rd August: 119kg (slimmer for my wedding anniversary)
Weight today: 134kg
Leaving 15kg to lose.. this is do-able at 1.47kg per week
I don't know if I'll get on daily but I like the idea of a small daily blog about how I'm going. The scale this morning reflected my late night burger fix which saw my daily calories go from 1900 to 3100 UGH!! But I am going to remind Troy that he is to get one pizza on the way home from scouts and that is all and not share (cos I don't like pizza really... well I never used to plus it's $5 vs the $40 last night's bk would have cost). Last night he came in and asked if I wanted pizza and jokingly I said "nope I want a bk chicken with cheese" and then I was like hmmm actually yum! haha so easily led astray so nope, next week it will be get it on your way home!!! The scale wasn't too bad to me and I've really upped the resistance during my turbo fire workouts and I know i'm smaller so some will be muscle but if I relate the two then perhaps I'll get it into my thick head that it's ok to have burger king, but not when I've already finished my day's calories!! This morning's workout is to be fire 55ez which will burn right through those pesky extra grams. Here's to another 71 days of health and fitness (and beyond of course but this is a mini challenge I'm holding with myself for my wedding anniversary)
