i know most of it is water weight but for me to release all that water ...i must be doing something right!
This is the first time i adjusted spark to lose 1.5 lbs a week rather than 2lbs and I am alotted more calories which is awesome! I don't feel like i am going hungry at all! I just have to watch my portions. So far the only day I haven't tracked my food was yesterday since i felt sick and baby was sick but today im at it again.
I am not expecting to see as big a loss this week but i am expecting to see the scale go down. It's weird for me though, to eat, what i think is "a bit less" and see such dramatic results! Although when you don't take portions or calories into account even a snack can be a huge calorie consuption.
For example i noticed that 3 wafer cookies were 140 calories. I chose to eat 3 cookies. And absolutely no more since they have so many calories. Before that, i'd probably eat half a pack of cookies not paying any attention to how many calories i was really eating...and then call it a snack! when in reality i'd be eating as many calories in a large fatty entree.
I've also been exercising... nothing crazy but just to fulfill my weekly requirement and i guess it's helped. I love doing zumba since you burn alot in a short time.
Anyway, just wanted to jot down how happy I am , glad to be back on track!
