Day 2 of 5k Training

I thought today would be better than my first day of training, but it was not. My legs are so sore from Zumba yesterday, especially my calves, and it made walking/running painful. But I pushed through it. Each time I was supposed to run for 1 minute I wasn't able to complete the full minute, but I did most of it. And I took a break again halfway through.
The next day I have to train is two days from now so hopefully it will go much better next time. Even though the 8-week rookie program says to rest on Thursday, I really want to go for a walk just to get used to moving.
I have Zumba again tomorrow. LOL I'm dreading it and excited at the same time.
