It's 144 days until my dream vacation!
I visited travel agency today just to check their current offer. I'm so into Morocco! Lady advised me that it will go on sale in around 2 weeks. Oh, be sure I'll be back in 2 weeks time to get my dream holidays...
And till then - I have a great time fighting weight. On Monday I did different workout I initially planned. I went for 'Drag me to hell'...
During 15 minutes I tried to do as much rounds as I could. A round I mean 20 reps of Prisoner squats with knee up and 5 reps of pull-ups. Within that time I managed to complete full 6 rounds but there was still room to do something more.
And so I did...
3 rounds of side bends (20 reps), prayer squats (30 reps) toe touches (20 reps), cross crunches (30 reps) and cobra to downward dog (5 reps).
Today I can barely move, my muscles are sore and I feel great! I will do some interval training today to keep going and to push myself even more.
I noticed that I have no problems with eating on the go. I prepare my lunch every day now and take it to work. If I have no time at all in the supermarket I go for natural yogurt (with highest ratio proteins to carbs) with some fruits. It's still possible to eat healthy even if you're mad busy!
I have some suggestions that everyone can use and will share with you tomorrow! Right now it's time to get moving.
