Review of first day;
Monday was pretty successful as far as motivation goes. I walked all three dogs, cleaned the house and didn't watch any TV. I have decided that my schedule for the next 12 weeks (except for when we are on vacation) M/W/F walk the dogs and TU/TH/SAT go to the gym.
My overall goals = regain balance in my work/life relationship, be here for my daughter, and get physically in a healthier place. When I am successful at all three of these, I know that my mental stress level will go down.
