Here I am in my 3rd week of being a SP member...so far I have lost nothing as far as weight...I do not get enough calories, fat, protein, or carbs in a day. I am trying but I just do not seem to get it. I also exercise to much as per what the tips I get are. So here I am stuck with 22 lbs to go. I lost 8 in 8 weeks before I started SP so maybe I am just in a rut or something? I did not have sugar for over 7 days and then had a couple fig newtons...well to my surprise 2 was more than enough and I do not seem to be craving the junk. Not at present time anyways. I did not realize it was such and issue and when I did I told my self no for awhile and then allowed to see where I was at. If it becomes an issue again I will do the same thing until my body realizes that its not in control I am. So far that is good but then no weight loss? Ugh...you would think I would lose without any sugar? Oh well I just have to keep moving forward and trying to do the right thing. Tried taking whey protein and that made me very sick...Not an option for protein in my diet like I was hoping...So if anyone has any thoughts on how to help me increase my food intake I would love to hear from you...Let`s all stay encouraged and keep up the Spark...WE CAN ALL DO IT !!!
