I know if I write this I know that I will feel like I must finish the list. I will report back!
Here is my nutritional goal for the day. I am really having a hard time drinking enough water. I am not drinking soda pop or other unhealthy drinks I just don't drink enough in general (an average of 5 a day). Today 8 glasses of water!!!
I am also eating too many calories at dinner. They are healthy foods but way too much for the evening time. My total calories for the day are okay but it is not good to eat an average of 600 calories in the evening (a third of my total day's calories).
Today I will:
Do some house cleaning
Go to the farmers market
Send my niece's package out
Go to the bank to make my car payment
