So things have been a little crazy. Lots of work, catching up on things from my vacation and my weight has been a bit of a yo yo. My reading of 187 was at my parents house and then when i weighed myself on my normal scale it was 187.8. So part of the gain could be the discrepancy - the 'rents scale is one of those old dial ones but more likely it's from the fact that I barely exercised.
But this week, I'm back down to 186.8. So I have definitely lost from last week and that gives me more motivation to head to the gym. I may not hit my goal of 185 by friday but I can sure try to lose it by sunday!
