I waited until it had been true 5 days in a row before I moved my ticker down 2 lbs (actually 3 but I had not added that last extra extra pound). emoticon

It may not last, I know, but I needed the motivation. emoticon

My plan for the week is to fast on Wed, Thurs and Saturday while I am working over at the history professor's house (he'll be 98 on Saturday and not doing too well- I can barely get him out for our usual few SLOW walks each day). emoticon

DH - Papa- just took the Lucy and William out for a walk so I could have 10 minutes to myself.

    I'm glad you can do it and lose.

I ahd my band adjusted yesterday. .3cc's put in of saline or fluid. I'm on liquids only. that is such a struggle for me but neccesary for 2 days. You are strong.
