Can you imagine how your life would be transformed after you exercised for 121 hours? Would you feel better? Would you look better? Would your self-esteem go up?

Probably, but how in the world can you exercise for 121 hours?
Over a full year, that's 20 minutes per day.

  Dear Anneburnell: I am brand new here and hoping to loose weight. I watched some of the You Tubes and feel so sorry for these girls although in side I am the same as they are.
