Yesterday I did all of the exercises and completed the nutrition the right way for the first time. Today, I woke up and did my cardio - one of my large collection of exercise DVDs. It seems that every time I want to lose weight I purchase an exercise DVD or Wii game. Since I've been trying to lose weight for many decades, I have a very full DVD library of exercises. Today I did The Biggest Loser Cardio Max, level 1. When it came to the push ups I got down on my knees and just did yoga cow and dog poses But I got through the whole dvd.
