emoticon Despite the gloomy title, I'm in a great mood today.

Both pilates (fill-in) and water intervals (regularly scheduled) went well yesterday. What a great boost to hear compliments on a class. Please, if you have a great class (or even a hard one) - let your instructor know! Encouragement is just as important for them to have a great class too.

This morning...not so great. We went up to the gym for cardio muscle (aka boot camp) and had to move courts a third of the way through class. Normally, this group is uber flexible, but not this morning. Grouchy! Ah well, some days you win, others you get a cream pie to the schnozz.

Random thoughts for the day:

--Yes, Virginia, you CAN get your daily allotment of aerobic activity in about 20 minutes - go hard and then (this is the tricky part) rest.

--Life would be so much easier if there were just like 30 minutes extra in each day!

--Life IS much easier when you pre-prep your food for the week.

--Why do people ask for the "secret," but then discount it when it ends up being less than fantastical or "magic"? And why waste the energy? Must pull out a metaphorical shoebox and see what's inside.

--Mmm, coffee emoticon The little vices of life!

    How long have you been doing pilates? I have never taken a pilates class but I hear they are great!
