Ways to relieve stress - get something accomplished.

I do career coaching on the side - and I have always told folks - when you are having trouble in all areas of life - home, career and how you feel about yourself - things get pretty bleak. So focus on one aspect and turn it around and the other two tend to work themselves out a bit. - We always talk about balance - which is a pipe dream - but over time things are balanced.

So for the last week I have been very stressed - looming deadlines, travel, and how I feel about myself. So this weekend - did a couple of things - one tried to take care of some of those to do items to attack those projects with deadlines. Over the last two days - made huge strides - will be able to get it done - or at least I am starting to feel that way. One of the other positive things is that I have not neglected my new habits - to accomplish the first task. I am taking time out to do some exercise, plan meals, and write my blog and comment on the teams. This is helping me stay focused.
