I've been going to the gym daily and had a couple of cheat days...my weight has been down to 81.0 but gone back up to 82kg. WHYY?! Feels like I could've been sitting on my butt for the past two weeks and had the same results. Is this something to do with it being that time of the month? Or is this some horrifically bad plateau?
