Why is it food is so delicious??? I track my food a lot of the time before I eat it, but it seems there is always more food to eat. The last three days haven't been very good. Tomorrow is a new day and I need to get back on track. The first weigh in of the Summer Challenge I signed up for is on Friday, so it's time to get serious! I am thankful for Sparkpeople and all the support of my Spark friends!!!
