Try it on...Support- Now EDITED sort of - never blog when sleepy

Today I watched the Biggest Loser on the tv. I was conflicted ~ inspired and a little down at the same time. A long time ago I lost 10 pounds in a week at Weight Watchers, but I don't plan on ever seeing double digit weight loss again in a week. HOWEVER, THAT IS ALRIGHT!

I was inspired to the point I tried on my biggest loser outfit. My husband took the photos. It really seemed to be a downer, but then my husband really turned it around. He said, "That was GREAT!!" I don't think I am ready to share them.

However, this week my niece posted pictures from her wedding on my face book page. At first I was horrified and panicky worrying about how others would see me. Then it hit me, I have change a lot. My current thigh size was my waist size in high school.

However, I am 43 not 17. It has taken a lot for me to make it to this point. I am lucky to be here and I am the healthiest I have been in a long time. The people looking will never know what I have been through. The pictures are still on my page. If I will leave them there is still to be decided.

Tonight 3 ten pound bags of rice lay on my table! They represent the weight I have lost. This week I plan on carrying them in a weighted dress, all the way to the stoplight and back if I can make it! My aunt designed and made it for me. It is designed so rice can be added in little bags.

You have a wonderful perspective. Each day changes are made, you are moving forward. Being 17 was kinda tough for me... personally I'll take older and wiser any day. :) so there is only moving forward!
