Positive evening for me. I stopped by the gym on the way home from work and was on the treadmill for 1/2 an hour (too hot to walk or run outside) and then came home and did Bob Harpers Inside-out yoga for an hour.
Food I am doing ok and I upped the water and got my full 8 glasses in which meant I was up and down all day going to the bathroom (I know tmi). But that usually just lasts for the first few days.
Going to have to start working on the intensity on the treadmill and running. Earlier this year I was really seeing inches dropping. Wish my knee did not bother me when I am running.
Time to go and watch the housewives. Good Night!!
