USING JUICE TO REDUCE INFLAMATION - HEALING

WOW – what a day. I started juicing today with the Juice Feasters. My intent was to drink watermelon juice as my main juice, but alas my body wanted savory.
I began my day with a quart of lemon juice and water; I followed it with a quart and one half of coconut water during my two hour water aerobics workout. Following that, and during my errands – I had diluted o.j.
Of course, I had lots of water and then I came home and made ½ gallon of green juices with spinach, beet, peas, string beans, celery and carrot. It has made me feel very well.
My energy level is a bit low, because we had a lot of heat this weekend for which I thought nothing about being outside and enjoyed myself and then I followed up with a great workout.
