Was dragging today...ending the school year... a million things to do.... should go do xyz and get it done.... nope, nope, NOPE! WORKOUT FIRST! I've made appointments with myself for four days a week, and I am going to keep them! I deserve it, and so do you! Don't forget to "do" for you! Some days it's hard to get moving toward the gym... most days! But I want to feel good, and I want to be a better version of me! I ALWAYS feel better afterwards! Got my workout in, and my walk before the rain!
