Good Monday Sparkfam! This picture says it all about how felt after a long relaxing weekend but then I remember I needed to do cardio?!
So I jumped out of bed & made it up. Then put on my workout gear. Went downstairs made the Shadows bowl & threw out yesterday's water & gave him fresh water. I got myself 16oz of water & made my way upstairs to get with Cathe Rhythmic Step. I mean, I love Cathe but some times I wanna ring her neck for putting so many twirls & whirls in her step routines! It makes me dizzy.
I did do 30mins & cooled down while I watched the rest of the dvd. I think I am going to go for the whole 60mins tonight?! I might not make it but I am going to try for it. I ate way too many slices of pound cake, cinnamon roll & ice cream servings to sit & relax once I get home. I need to kick my own butt. lol
Had my cup of coffee now ready to go & bust some more moves with Cathe tonight. She will not defeat me. lol
Even though the title says dragging, I am definitely not that draggy. I am going to make it because I am worthwhile. I enjoy cardio & feel so accomplished once I am done. If I don't make it the treadmill has me down for 1hour & 30mins this week. YIKES! I need to get some more music that helps LOADS!
So what are you doing for you today? Don't even say, sipping some ice tea or having ice cream out at Diary Queen! You had better be investing some time into your summer body. Are you dragging now? Or are you motivated to do something about what bothers you about your body?!! Then DO IT!!!
