Day 11

Core workout done.
Somehow my schedule is completely off. I've been waking up at 9am instead of 6, which of course means I go to bed extra late too...
Its 12. I totally havent actually eaten breakfast. I drank coffee (black, still) but no food. How am I not hungry? I do not know.
But I'll do that, then when Vyvyan naps (If he naps) I'll take that time to put in 30 cardio minutes.
Oh and I lost 2 pounds, and went down from 22.7% body fat to 21.5% body fat since I started the sparkpeople thing instead of Jillian Michaels. Assuming this is from the cardio. Yep yep yep...
I feel like my motivation is slipping and that coming on here and blogging might be the only thing that can help me. Im so sick of the cardio videos I've been doing and with the baby I'm unable to go for a run. (I tried jogging with him in the stroller and it was no bueno) so it pretty much sucks.
