Once the pounds go IN... they DON'T come out!!! No more gaining and regaining the same pounds!! That's over! New committment and new resolve...
Although I'm back on track and I had already committed myself to buckling down and working hard at reach my goals. I'm DOUBLY committed now. I found out yesterday that my sister would like to begin dress fittings in September for her 2013 wedding. I'm the matron of honor; and although her wedding was always in sight, I didn't imagine she'd want to begin fittings so soon. I DEFINITELY want to be at goal before then. I've GOT TO work my plan NOW. I've GOT TO stay strong and committed and focused on the PRIZE--healthy BMI! So, I simply recommitted myself to some STRICT disciplines. I don't have any more time for messing around.
I weighed-in today and found that I've already lost 2 lbs.; so, I'll begin there! Those two pounds are NOT allowed to come back out!!! No more gaining and regaining!
Goals for the week (which I began tracking on Sunday):
1. Cardio, 4x's
2. ST, 3x's
3. No fast food
4. No Junk food
5. No Sweets
6. No Sugary Drinks
7. WATER WATER WATER: 6-8 cups daily
8. Track EVERYTHING, except restaurant meals.
9. Restaurant meals limited to once a week and MUST be included in a photo food blog. (This will help me tremendously this upcoming weekend. On Saturday--the conclusion of this week--I have a mentor luncheon that I need to attend and it's at a buffet place, so this will be a HUGE... HUGE... HUGE test. The pictures will help me stay honest and will help with my choices. Also, Sunday is Father's Day and I believe hubby wants to go to a rib place. Oh dear! But, I will PREVAIL over this weekend, with God's help.
