My body has been feeling really tight lately, particularly in my lower back and legs. In addition to training for my races, I really think I need to incorporate some yoga into my routine to help keep me loose all over.
Stretching is definitely important to your overall health so make sure you are stretching daily if impossible. I don't follow a particular routine but I do try to work through each major muscle group when I do.
