I have noticed that I seem to be falling into a sleep in and go to bed late routine. I knew my schedule would change a bit as I have moved in with night owls. My bf works three nights a week 8pm - 8am and has classes from 6pm-10pm three nights a week. I am so conflicted. Part of my says I am wasting my day in bed, the other says "as long as you get 8 hours your day can run at different times than you are used to." All honesty, I am in bed by about 11:30. I'm' just used to being in bed between 8:30 and 9.
I will adjust, it just takes me time telling myself that changing my sleeping pattern by a few hours is okay. I will still have time to get things done...I think that is my biggest problem. When I wake up, I feel like there is so much I should have been doing instead of sleeping. So weird for me. I grew up on a farm, so I just always got up early in the morning. Now it's mid-morning. I will get it all figured out. I needed to rant for a bit.
