fasting day 3

I realized that I should be journaling my fast probably everyday. To keep track of changes, and to help me stay focused on why I'm doing this.
I used to get this weird feeling, a spaciness feeling and it was after drinking a lot of tap water. I wondered if it could be the fluoride and chlorine, obviously the town thinks it's safe to drink but when your drinking a lot of it, probably not so safe anymore! Besides the chlorine continues to kill good and bad bacteria inside our bodies and we don't need that, we need to keep our good bacteria. So, I've switched to distilled water and drinking KOMBUCHA in the morning which is full of enzymes, probiotics, and detoxifiers.
It's hard to tell but I'm sure the spaceiness I'm feeling now comes from the detox process, but I won't know for sure until I've gotten rid of all the toxins. Either way, it's a different feeling.
I juice for lunch (kale,spinach, dandilion greens, beet, carrots, celery, lemon, lime, red cabbage, apple and garlic)
For dinner I have some organic broth and a couple of fish oil capsules. yum yum lol
Then a little later I juice veggies again.
I'm not sure If I'm getting enough calories, but I'm not starving. I'm feeling a bit tired at times but I still get in some exercise. I'm not sure how long I plan to do the fast, I'm just going to take it one day at a time :)
